AMD AHCI/사우스브릿지 드라이버 설치 오류 해결

 

AMD 칩셋드라이버 다운로드 사이트 : http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/windows/Pages/raid_windows.aspx

 

 

증상 : 그래픽 드라이버 설치는 잘되는데, SB/AHCI 드라이버 설치시 오류 (설치중 블루스크린+부팅불가)

            2011년 12월이후 AMD 드라이버 부터 오류 발생

 

해당 메인보드 : SB7xx 칩셋 메인보드

 

해결책 :  설치파일 압축해제 후 (클릭하면 자동으로 풀어지는 폴더) 

 amd_sata.inf 설치정보 파일을 수정하여 설치, 오류 해결

inf 파일 경로 예)

 

 

 "HKR, "Parameters\Device","AmdSataPMDisabled",%REG_DWORD%, 0"

 

[변경 전]

 

 

 

--> 0 을 0xFF 으로 변경, 저장 후 설치하면 오류없이 잘 됩니다.

 

change 0 to 0xFF 수정한 파일 :

amd_sata.inf

[변경 후]

 

 혹시 그래도 오류가 나는 분은 usb필터 드라이버(usb 1.0/1.1)는 해제하고 설치하세요

Confirm this bug. Try this step to fix:
1- run sb driver package to extract, but don't install.
2- find the location your file amd_sata.inf, example my mobo sb750 with win7 is: x:\AMD\support\12-2_vista_win7_32-64_sb\Packages\Drivers\SBDrv\SB7xx\AHCI\W764A
3- Edit amd_sata.inf, find the line "HKR, "Parameters\Device","AmdSataPMDisabled",%REG_DWORD%, 0" and change 0 to 0xFF
